• Bookings are subject to vehicle availability.

3. Fares and Payment:

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and any applicable surcharges (e.g., waiting time, tolls, airport fees).

• The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer who is disruptive, abusive, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• The Customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.

• The consumption of food and drink within the vehicle is at the driver’s discretion.

• UK law will be followed at all times.

6. Liability:

• The Company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions).

• The Company’s liability for lost or damaged property is limited to the extent permitted by UK law.

• The company will operate with the correct insurance as required by UK law.

7. Lost Property:

• The Company will make reasonable efforts to return any lost property to the Customer.

• Items not claimed within a reasonable period may be disposed of.

8. Data Protection:

• The Company will comply with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Complaints:
